In the category of “How Quickly Help Arrived,” our contracted dispatch center posted a measure score of 116, the highest in the industry, according to the survey. Research continually shows that on-time performance is the most important criteria in meeting customer expectations. Other important factors such as Actual Times of Arrival (ATA), Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) were also well above average.

Our 24 hour emergency service includes the following:

• 24 hour emergency towing service
  Your vehicle will be towed to the destination of your choice. Up to 35 miles is included at no additional charge.
  
• 24 hour emergency road service
  A service truck will be quickly dispatched to come to your aid.
  
• 24 hour emergency delivery
  A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil, or other necessary supplies. You pay for the cost of the supplies.
  
• 24 hour emergency battery service
  All service vehicles are equipped to boost batteries and perform minor adjustments to alternators, starters, etc. while on the road.

• Lost key or lockout service
  If your keys are lost, broken, or you are accidentally locked out of your vehicle, a locksmith will be dispatched.
  
• Map routing service
  We will, at no charge, provide you with a map and travel route to the destination of your choice. Call the customer service phone number listed on your contract for your free map.
  
• Theft and hit & run protection
  A $500.00 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for hit & run damages or stealing your vehicle. (member not included)
